Do you use cookies?
No. Cookies are small files that websites save on your device, often to remember you or track what you do. This website doesn’t set any, so there’s nothing to accept or turn off.
Do you use analytics?
We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our website host, to count how many people visit and which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t store anything on your device.
It records things like the page you visited, the website that sent you here, your country, and the type of device and browser you’re using. It can’t tell who you are. To count visits, it creates a temporary code from your connection that changes every day and is thrown away after 24 hours, so it can’t follow you over time or across other websites. We only ever see totals, such as “120 visits this week”.
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools, and we never use this information for advertising. Our fonts and images are all served from our own website, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to anyone else.
What about when I contact you?
When you tap a WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Trustpilot link, you leave our website and go to that service. They have their own cookie and privacy policies, which apply once you’re there. Once you get in touch with us, our Customer Privacy Notice explains how we look after the information you share.
Technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for a short time to keep the site running securely. We don’t use these to identify or track you.
Changes to this page
If we ever start using cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for your permission first where the law requires it.
